Relevant Bot is a free WordPress plugin that scans your own posts, pages, and products, turns them into a normalized, campaign-ready content library, and hands that library to JacAI over a signed connection — so nothing gets forgotten in the archive and nothing gets recycled twice. A browser companion extends the same idea out into the web, for finding real conversations worth joining.
Everything runs on your own site first — JacAI only sees what you've configured it to receive.
Indexes posts, pages, and products into one normalized content schema — categories, tags, language, featured image, publish/modified dates, all included.
Runs automatically on a WP-Cron schedule, so new and edited content keeps flowing into the library without a manual trigger.
Each item carries a content hash, so Relevant Bot only re-flags something when it's actually changed — not on every scan.
Outgoing pushes to JacAI are signed with HMAC-SHA256 over the timestamp, method, path, and body hash — verifiable, and only readable by your configured endpoint.
JacAI can call back to mark an item "promoted" once it's used in a campaign, so Relevant Bot stops treating old content as always-new.
A protected relevant-bot/v1 namespace — health, content, push, and mark-promoted routes — authenticated with a per-site API key.
What Relevant Bot finds on your own site becomes source material JacAI can turn into new campaigns — instead of starting from a blank page every time.
A companion browser extension reads the page you're on — Reddit, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and general forums — and matches it against your Relevant Bot content library, so you can reference real content instead of writing cold.
Prefills a suggested reply for you to review, edit, and post yourself. This is the recommended setting for every domain — a person stays in control of what actually gets sent from their account.
Automatically submits on domains you explicitly enable it for, with strict built-in limits (one reply per thread, low daily/weekly caps, a cooldown between posts). Many platforms restrict or prohibit automated posting under their own Terms of Service — enabling this on a domain is your call to make, and you're responsible for what your account does there.
manage_options capability and are protected with WordPress nonces. The JacAI handoff is optional — leave the endpoint, Site ID, and Site Secret blank and Relevant Bot simply builds your local content library without sending anything out.
Relevant Bot is free. Install it, run your first scan, and optionally connect it to JacAI when you're ready.
Upload the relevant-bot folder to /wp-content/plugins/, or install through Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin. Activate, then open Relevant Bot in the WordPress admin menu to run your first scan.
Relevant Bot finds what's worth reusing, JacAI turns it into new content, and Auto Poster publishes it back to WordPress.
